This trail runs entirely through the Lagoa do Peri Municipal Natural Monument, in the south of the island, for a total of 3.5 km.
The walk takes you through an area of restinga, with beautiful and abundant vegetation. It passes the place where the water that supplies the south of the island is collected.
At the end of the first 1.5 km, we visit the Otter Project, where we can watch the animals feeding, which is also when they are most active. The children love to watch. On the way back, we stop for a swim in a more secluded part of the Lake.
